1% for the planet, Big Scrub

AWC are now a committed member of 1% for the planet, an organisation that donates at least one percent of their annual revenue to environmental causes. Our chosen donor is the Big Scrub Rainforest Foundation.  

The Big Scrub Foundation’s purpose is to raise funds to facilitate the conservation of Australia’s critically endangered lowland subtropical rainforest and its many threatened species. AWC actively supports this organisation and the work being done to sustain it through the partnership with 1% for the planet.  

AWC’s main office in Bangalow situated in what was part of this diverse rainforest. We acknowledge this history and are proud to support its regeneration and recreation of this ecosystem through the Big Scrub Foundation.
