Stream Rehabilitation Ecological Restoration
Purpose
The restoration works were required to halt an active head cut in proximity to public infrastructure. This was combined with extensive weed control and rehabilitation of the riparian zone.
Project tasks included:
- Ecological and geomorphic investigations
- Detailed design drawings and documentation
- Construction estimate and works schedule

- To reduce stream bank erosion and enhance the ecological and water quality values of Bundamba Creek
