William is an Environmental Scientist with a degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, minoring in Environmental Chemistry. His studies focused on his professional and personal interests of conservation, sustainability, water catchment planning, and land management as well as issues regarding environmental degradation. For the last three years he has been working within the environmental and land restoration sector with much of his experience stemming from the Contaminated Land sector.
Throughout his career, William has developed his environmental skills focusing on site investigations, the testing and sampling of soils, surface, and groundwater. Since joining AWC, Will has been developing a strong knowledge of waterway health, quality issues, catchment processes, acid sulfate soils and management strategies in both natural and urban environments. He continues to grow his knowledge in the field through continued professional and personally motivated learning.
