Waterway and Riparian River Health Assessment | Stakeholder Engagement
Overview
AWC was engaged by FKG Group to help develop the site at Ballina by assessing environmental impact and offset requirements. This led to perimeter rehabilitation works, detailing of internal car park plantings and stormwater devices.
Due to the practical requirements of the site as a working space, emphasis on sightlines, clear zones for CCTV, signage and setbacks enabling the safe movement of pedestrians and vehicles was a key component of the design.
