Overview
AWC are working with James Corner Field Operations’ conceptual vision and materplan for this resort living project by breaking down their high-level design into site-specific scenarios. This involves identifying the potential risks, design challenges and site constraints, and developing real design solutions and opportunities.
Integration with City of Gold Coast’s design principles for waterfront residential developments, and various Reports and Landscape Design Intent also form an important part of the design process and inform design development.
