Overview
AWC was engaged to assist Rous County Council (RCC) develop and audit river reach action plans for areas of Emigrant Creek as per RCC’s Catchment Management Plan.
This involved assessing the progress and current condition of existing river reach plans and preparing property-scale plans for additional reaches. This involved desktop and field assessment of vegetation and geomorphic conditions at the site and engagement and consultation with landholders.
AWC produced property-scale action plans and assisted with managing grant funding and procuring of bush regenerator and other contractors to undertake works.
