Landscape Design and Ecological Reporting

 

Purpose

Powells Creek was a concrete tidal waterway rapidly degrading due to age. As part of the renewal, 700m​ of waterway was naturalised to include vegetation, sinuous batters a boardwalk and improved parkland. An adjoining saltmarsh wetland also required protection for which AWC prepared a Review of Environmental Factors (REF).
