Overview
AWC developed an integrated ecological and water cycle strategy for the estate. The site contains a number of threatened species, groundwater dependent ecosystems and discharges into an the Belongil Creek Estuary.
AWC have worked with ACOR in order to develop a lot layout that responds to the site’s existing ecological features and constraints, whilst finding a balance between lot yield and rehabilitation outcomes.
